You might be wondering what is best for you, so let me explain...

Time frame

My mini sessions are 15 minutes long. You'd be surprised by what we can acheive in that time! It is fast paced and it can be great for little ones who have a short attention span, or older kids who... also have a short attention span. My full family and maternity sessions are 30-60 minutes long, which does allow us to slow the pace and get to know each other a little. This can suit some personalities better. That said, I do always aim to work quickly with young children in case they get over it quickly!

Variety

I always aim to capture a variety of images wether it's for a mini session or a full session. That said, with mini sessions we do have limited time, so we may not be able to capture as many combos as with a full session. Full sessions allow more creativity in between the "must get" shots.

Price

Mini sessions are lower priced than full sessions, as they are scheduled back to back. They are a great budget friendly option! Full sessions are a more customised experience, with more images included.

I hold mini sessions throughout the year, which can be booked for family, maternity and individuals. My beach mini sessions in Mount Maunganui have been a popular option. Check out my booking page to see if any are available, or join my mailing list below to hear first.
